Key responsibilities:

• You will Own the migration of a Ruby application to Java, optimizing performance and compatibility.

• Drive the development of new features to elevate user experience and functionality.

• Transform monolithic app into microservices for enhanced scalability and agility.

• Ensure flawless integration with mobile platforms, with potential Kotlin integration.

• Apply Datadog for performance monitoring and Kibana for log management.

• Develop innovation and attract top talent within the development team.

Required Skills

• 4 years of hands-on software development.

• Proficient with Java Coding.

• Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails framework.

• Experience with backend development (Datadog, Kibana etc).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferable in Computer Science, or equivalent experience,

• Good communication skills, written and verbal.

• Bonus: experience with Kotlin.
