TATCHA Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing & Sales - North America in San Francisco, California
WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Sales and Retail Marketing to join our dynamic, fast-paced team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and driving the execution of strategies to propel the Tatcha business in North America.
Each day at TATCHA is different with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:
Partner with Retail Marketing Sr. Director on retail planning and execution of brand strategies to drive the North America business
Champion the consumer voice - update teams on consumer perception and ID opportunities
Account management and communication with clients
Manage and actively communicate retail marketing calendar; monitor and follow up on timelines to meet deliverable dates
Manage and report Retail and Net Sales tracking, while sharing executional strategies on how to keep on track. Manage and report marketing spend budget
Create and manage marketing spend budgets
Work with Product Marketing, to ensure the product pipeline is strong and relevant for our market
Drive sampling strategy and execution, ensuring samples are produced, allocated and delivered to support growth & acquisition
Support asset creation to marketing plans in partnership with cross-functional teams
Drive planning and updates to in-store visual merchandising
Lead execution meetings, to ensure plans are delivered and on track
Support the creation of retailer presentations and education materials
Manage and develop coordinator

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of work experience in retail or beauty. Sephora experience preferred
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Excellent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (google docs, google slides, etc)
Prior experience managing a direct report
The Details:
The expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
