JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Forecast and report current and projected material availability (Raw, WIP, Finished goods)
● Review and align on demand per product / work center
● Review and plan material based on production capacities
● Develop the Master Production schedule and ensuring execution
● Forecast and report on projected finished goods availability
● Manage cross-functional reviews on the targeted products.
● Ensure demand, supply and inventory plans support business direction.
● Identify risks and opportunities.
● Provide input to the exec SIOP process
● Work closely with respective departments to continuously improve internal processes and systems to enhance organizational value and efficiency.
● Support operations certification aircraft builds by providing material availability reports and material forecast daily basis
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor"s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or Operations.
● 6+ years of related experience, managing Master Production schedules in ERP/MES driven environments.
● Ability to manipulate SAP
● Microsoft Excel experience
● Manufacturing planning background
● Experience in Automotive / high volume industry is a plus.
● Ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated environment.
● Familiar with ERP, MRP, MES systems management.
● Results oriented and metrics driven leader, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. ● Strong team player.
● Solid analytical and computer skills
