What you will do:

Are you ready to transform data into actionable insights that propel franchise success? As our Supply Planner, you will create a short-term supply plan that will set the production plan for multiple manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for independently identifying and resolving issues as they arise and lead weekly and monthly processes provide vital insights for our operations.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP) management, quality, finance, production scheduling, commercial teams, and global process excellence, ensuring seamless and impactful integration across our organization.   • Own the process of creating a short-term supply plan for multiple manufacturing sites to meet performance goals

  • Identify issues and constraints within the procurement, production, and quality space that pose risk to the business, and propose mitigation / corrective actions needed

  • Support the creation of content in conjunction with the functional planner for the weekly demand and supply execution process to include back-order status updates and forward risks (e.g. Inventory projection, service level impact)

  • Support the creation of content for the monthly IBP milestone owned by the function, in conjunction with the functional planner. Responsible for ensuring content for the IBP process milestone is complete and content has all key information for the management team to make decisions

  • Support current local tool development and maintenance (such as capacity planning, safety stocks and MRP processes for supply, statistical baseline, upside/downside opportunities for demand etc

  • Support the creation of management reports that support the operationalizing of the core processes and provide insight to the functional planning team

  • Responsible for learning to exploit capable of planning system/process and local ERP

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred; or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of equivalent experience will be considered, in addition to the requirement below

  • Advanced level Excel experience- required

  • Supply Chain work experience “preferred”

  • ERP or MRP systems experience “preferred”

  • APICS certification “preferred”

56,00 - 101,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
