Job Description:

We seek a detail-oriented Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The candidate will be responsible for shaping the customer service strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered by the team consistently.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and develop the customer service team to enhance performance and productivity.

· Implement and review policies for handling customer queries and complaints.

· Conduct regular training for the customer service team to maintain high customer service standards.

· Handle complicated customer service issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.

· Analyze key metrics and feedback to improve customer service experience.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of services and products.

· Responsible for team performance evaluation and reporting to senior management.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service position with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

· Proven experience in building and leading a successful customer service team.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong knowledge of customer service platforms, strategies, and best practices.

· Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
