Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Services Buyer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our maintenance functions. Your expertise will help us maintain efficiency and organization in our processes.

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Parts & Supplies: Manage the procurement of necessary materials to keep operations running smoothly.

• Research & Price Quotes: Conduct thorough research to obtain competitive price quotes for parts and supplies.

• Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial logs and meticulous records to track expenditures and inventory.

• Inventory Oversight: Keep weekly inventory lists of parts and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.

• Vendor Interaction: Communicate regularly with vendors for status updates and to verify paperwork accuracy.

• Reporting: Print and verify routine reports to ensure all received items are correctly documented and stored in their designated locations.

• Inventory Verification: Regularly check parts and equipment inventory to maintain a min/max balance.
