Our client based in San Marcos is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join their dynamic team. They will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated information and performing data cleaning procedures to rid systems of duplicateor outdated information.

Responsibilities:

• Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.

• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

• Assist other departments with various administrative tasks that require data entry.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist.

• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.

• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).

• Great attention to detail.
