Cedar Fair Area Manager Melt Bar and Grilled in Sandusky, Ohio
The Area Manager for Melt Bar & Grilled promotes strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as strives to meet sales and revenue targets. This position manages a team within designated position, improving standards and maximizing productivity as well as being able to work independently or in a team to assemble a thriving staff and uplifting ambiance within all restaurant operations.
Maintain the highest standards of service, food quality, and presentation at all times.
Demonstrates knowledge in all necessary software that pertains to the operation of the business which consists of, but not limited to: Time & Attendance, Sales & Labor sheets, Safe/Drawer counts, end of night finances, floor charts/side work, weekly inventories and scheduling system.
Provide a clean, safe work environment at all times and accordance within state and local health regulations.
Assisting in training development, operations and designated assignments reporting directly to the General Manager.
Adheres to and enforces all Cedar Fair and specific Park policies and procedures, including safety, attendance and EEO policies, and demonstrates commitment to customer service in all aspects of employment.
Maintain a valid ServSafe Food and ServSafe Alcohol certification.
Specific physical and/or environmental demands are an essential part of the job.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
