*Tasks and responsibilities *

• Drive a culture of innovation to foster a competitive advantage for infrastructure via data and support IT Infrastructure becoming more and more data driven by leading a data expert working group.

• Assembling large, complex sets of data including re-designing data model for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes

• Build data pipelines, ensuring a smooth data flow from multiple sources to enabling IT Infrastructure to make data-driven decisions by providing a unified and reliable data source.

• Support partners and stakeholders with data-related technical issues

• Identify automated ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.

• Drive IT user’s adaptation of strategy and reporting of outcomes by providing actionable recommendations to Management and track & measure the impact of the implementation of the recommendations.

• Participates in projects and contributes effectively as a team member on tasks of varied size and complexity to execute objectives.

*Requirements  *

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Math, and other related courses

• Minimum years’ experience of 5 years and have good understanding of data analytics and data engineering.

• Proficiency on Data preparation, Data governance, Data visualizations, Monitoring data quality, Statistical analysis.

• High proficiency in handling APIs endpoint

• Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, MS Flow and PowerBI , SQL, Python and other related advanced analytical skills

• Strong presentation skills: It also requires the person to be able to technical concepts to nontechnical audiences. Influencing people to make data driven decisions is one of the core missions of the group.

• Data modelling, data cleansing, handling schemas and identification of relevant data attributes

• Mindful of local, global, internal, and external cultures to ensure that messages are received positively and effectively.

• Strong analytical mindset, passionate team player. Able to deal with ambiguity and find solutions to solve complex problems. Creative, curious and a strong networker.

• Excellent organizational skills, problem solving abilities, negotiation skills, time management skills and initiative required.

• Strong communication skills: Confident and persuasive communicator to ensure that the message is clear and well understood.

• Experience in working in/with agile teams and/or as a product owner is a plus

• Fluent English (written and oral) is a must.
