We’re looking for an amazing Manager, Brand Marketing which will be based in our Santa Clarita, CA or Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You’ll work in person (in office) Tuesday to Thursday each week. You’ll be responsible position is responsible for strategic planning and leading the creation of brand marketing materials (both offline and digital), major ad campaigns, media deliverables and executing across teams on brand initiatives to grow our brand. You will lead cross-channel marketing campaign strategy and planning efforts to build brand awareness, product understanding and drive demand among target audience. You'll work cross-functionally between media, creative, PR/partnerships, sales, guest experience, and product to synchronize multi-channel and holistic campaign efforts. You’ll analyze data to identify trends and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and help lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including TV, radio, print, digital, outdoor, audio, social media, experiential etc. and ensure brand is consistently and accurately represented with internal and external partners. Train and manage team of one direct report (marketing specialist).

  • Work with internal teams and agencies to develop and execute brand marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement and loyalty and are aligned with business objectives, strategies, and goals.

  • Manage relationships with internal creative team as well as external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality standards and tight deadlines are met for brand content (print, digital, video), media, ad assets, deliverables. Write creative briefs and manage project kick-offs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as media, sales, PR, partnerships, digital/web, product, and operations/product development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with brand operation and financial goals.

  • Research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities for breakthrough creative concepts and demand generation.

  • Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, track expenses, and ROI to ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Willingness to travel and work on board ships for marketing projects and meetings when needed (occasional)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, related field

  • MBA preferred; Project Management certification preferred.

  • 7-10 years marketing experience

  • 3 years managerial experience

  • 2 years agency experience – either brand or agency

  • 7 years MS Office skills required, especially PowerPoint.

  • Design skills – Adobe, Photoshop preferred

  • Understanding of Asana, Adobe, Workfront Smartsheet, creative & media file specs and delivery methods

  • Strong MS Office, PowerPoint required.

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that achieve brand growth and business objectives (demand generation, new customer acquisition, product launches, etc.)

  • Strategic thinker with strong understanding of integrated communications planning including media strategy and execution.

  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape inclusive of streaming and social media channels

  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • Base Salary Range: $83,200.00 to $ 112,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
