Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican (http://dhmf.org/dominican) is seeking a team oriented, Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our collegial practice in Santa Cruz, CA. We are a multi-specialty group with more than 100 physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners that is a physician led and patient centered organization. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital (http://dominicanhospital.org/) and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

Practice Highlights:

• Mixed practice: 1st Assist and clinic pre-ops and post-ops

• Practice with collaborative and collegial Orthopedic Surgeon

Requirements:

• Open to new graduates with an interest in Orthopedics and performing procedures

• Ability to assist physician when he's on a 1:7 week call, including nights and weekends

Compensation/Benefits Include:

• Compensation Range*:

• PA: $137,750 - $154,280/year

• Productivity bonus, sign on bonus and relocation assistance

• Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance
