We are seeking an IT Production Support Specialist to join our team. You will be working as an individual contributor.

This is remote work job & you must be willing to work & cover EST hours.

We cannot sponsor H1b for this position but would consider C2C candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for SNOW (ServiceNow) operations and maintenance.

· Utilize Postman for API development and testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

· Manage and manipulate databases using SQL, ensuring data integrity and security.

· Monitor application performance with App Insights and manage customer relationship management with Dynamics.

· Oversee the Change Management process, ensuring all changes meet compliance and company standards.

· Provide insights and improvements using Data Dog, enhancing system monitoring and alerts.

· Contribute to the maintenance of Azure Service Fabric applications(Troubleshooting, issues related to SF cluster, Monitoring, and maintenance).

Qualifications:

· Must have experience with SNOW, Postman, SQL, App Insights, Dynamics, and Change Management processes.

· Good to have familiarity with Data Dog and knowledge of Azure Service Fabric.

· Ability to work independently (80%) and coordinate with offshore teams (20%).

· Willingness to undergo 6-8 weeks of training with a current team member to get up to speed with our processes and systems.
