Amazon’s Softlines Private Brands (SPB) team is currently seeking a talented, dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Business Manager based out of Santa Monica, CA.

As a Sr. Business Manager on the team, you will be responsible for setting and implementing brand and growth strategy, and improving processes to scale with rapid business growth. This business manager will relish the opportunity to build a business-driving strategic vision and operational excellence. This role interacts with the design, product development, in-stock management, and sourcing teams, and business partners across Amazon Retail for Amazon Private Brands.

· Grow a division that reflects the preferences of a specific consumer segment, considering price, quality, visual aesthetic, lifestyle and other factors. Partner with product development teams to build product assortments.

· Grow the business by driving and implementing strategic initiatives to reach the company’s financial goals.

· Partner with Instock/Planning to meet operational goals.

· Create business plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans for the launch of

new features.

· Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve tools and productivity.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
