Veralto IT System Analyst in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Responsável por dar Suporte de dúvidas e correções de problemas no ERP da Totvs Datasul. Ajudar as áreas para definição e otimização de processos. Abertura de chamados na Totvs para resolução de problemas. Analisar reclamações de clientes para busca da causa raiz do problema.

Manter sistema ERP atualizado ( Rodar console para aplicar Patches e FIX, validar matriz de compatibilidade, Ler relnotes para identificar impactos no negócio. FISCAL

Gerenciamento de Licenças Progress e acompanhar auditoria.

Realizar validações do SOX e seguir regras.

Dar manutenção em customizações em Progress 4GL ( DDK + UPC + Triggers )

Testar customizações , documentar testes e buscar aprovações.

Criar documentações de procedimentos.

Híbrido ( Jundiaí )

Experiência mínima de 5 anos na função.

Língua: Inglesa será um diferencial
