Would you like to lead the GenAI strategy for the Latin America Startup team at AWS? Do you have the technical insight, business savvy, and relationship development skills, to interact with the startup ecosystem to help further establish Amazon as the leader in GenAI?

We are looking for a teammate to lead our GenAI strategy in Latin America. This is an individual contributor role that will interact with the startup team. This team is comprised of startup founders/operators who champion and work alongside the world’s best startups and investors in ML, artificial intelligence (AI), and data science. This individual will have the exciting opportunity to create and deliver a startup strategy, which includes working one-on-one with startups, launching scalable programs, and being a key member within the ML ecosystem. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. You’ll be expected to execute in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and limited resources. Competency in cloud computing will be required for ongoing success – as is a keen sense of ownership, curiosity, scrappiness, and drive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Activities include putting Amazon assets to work on behalf of their portfolio companies, driving customer and partner relationships for the portfolio, jointly producing thought leadership and educational events and/or the broader startup ecosystem.
