Job Description: As a Summer Onboarding Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining our client’s compliance standards across multiple sites. You will be responsible for entering and managing background and compliance information for employees, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and accuracy. Your ability to navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently will be essential in this fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update background and compliance data for employees across various sites.

  • Manage and maintain confidential information with the highest level of integrity.

  • Navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously to retrieve and input data.

  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with employees and other stakeholders.

  • Multitask effectively to balance data entry with other administrative tasks.

  • Make phone calls to individuals to gather additional information as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience with data entry and managing confidential information.

  • Proficient in navigating multiple screens and systems.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Comfortable making phone calls to gather information.

  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
