Your Role:
Our successful Drop/Soft Count Team Member promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsible for counting and recording of currency and overall operations and maintenance of the Soft Count room and currency counting equipment.
Assists with all count room activities.
Responsible for collection of bill validator boxes from video gaming machines, and replacement within the machine of the next gaming day’s assigned empty bill validator box.
Transports bill validator boxes to and from soft count room.
Complies with State Gaming regulations and Company internal controls.
Complies with safety guidelines related to operation of counting equipment, carts and mechanical mule.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Requires frequent lifting, bending and pushing.
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. occasionally.
Able to stand/bend/lift/push for up to 6-8 hours.
Selected applicants will be required to complete an online onboarding process.
Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
