MAINTENANCE WORKER
Full Time Days | 8am-4:30pm | Monday-Friday
* P ay rate up to $18.09/hour; based on experience *

What will I do as a Maintenance Worker for The Wesley Community?
Maintain the facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies, and procedures, and as may be directed by the Director of Maintenance.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, some snow removal, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
Check and maintain lights, lighting fixtures, lamps, breakers, ballasts, etc., including the replacement of burnt-out light bulbs, to include exit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights, etc., as well as performing cleaning duties whenever necessary.
Maintenance Worker Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
Previous related work in associated field preferred.
Should possess reasonable aptitude/proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, painting, wall repair, and some mechanical and electrical knowledge.
