We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Corporate Counsel with extensive experience in the alcohol and beverage industry. This will be a key role, working directly with our senior leadership team and providing strategic guidance on a wide range of legal matters. This is a unique opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment with a leading player in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all corporate legal matters, including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, litigation, and labor law.

• Advise senior management on changes in laws and regulations in the alcohol and beverage industry and the potential impact on the business.

• Manage external legal resources as needed.

• Prepare and review legal documents including supply agreements, partnership agreements, and contracts.

• Collaborate with various business units to facilitate business initiatives.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the state bar.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience practicing corporate law, with a significant portion of that experience in the alcohol and beverage industry.

• In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to the alcohol and beverage industry.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent knowledge of corporate governance best practices.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Good leadership and team management abilities.
