JOB SUMMARY:\ The Dishwasher / Windsor Cook\'s Assistant is an entry position that supports both the dining room activities as well as kitchen production processes. As a Dishwasher, they must maintain high standards for cleanliness. Responsible for washing tableware and kitchen items and perform other cleaning duties as assigned. Maintains all equipment in a safe and sanitary manner. Assist in closing procedures. Assists cooks in performing a variety of functions and tasks pertinent to the production, service, and distribution of foods. Adheres to all guidelines pertaining to sanitation\ \ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assists with basic food preparation when required.
- Sort and remove trash
- Clean all dishes, glasses, pots and pans
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of production and serving areas.
- Cleans and sanitizes all equipment and tableware used for food preparation.
- Load and unload food supplies
- Sweep and mop floors
