Temp opportunity in Schaumburg, IL. Looking for a Shipping and Recieving Clerk/ Inventory Specialist! Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday- Friday Requirements:

• Detail-oriented

• Inventory experience with vendors

• Data entry or updating on a real-time basis

• Work organization skills

• Products Knowledge

• Knowledge of CRM

• Knowledge about Microsoft Access and Excel

• Forklift experience - Sit Down

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors about:

1) Open orders situation

2) Shipping schedule.

• List up and/or update shipping status by each vendor and shipping date.

• Update OEM customers' order status with vendors shipping schedule.

• Communicate with OEM customers about shipping schedule.

• Create PO with vendors in QuickBooks or Sage 100.

• Update QuickBooks or Sage 100 for incoming shipment from vendors

• Proactive communication for purchasing and inventory

• Update inventory status by each item for publication for sales team.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
