GPI's Midwest operations seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to help Project Managers oversee and perform Administrative, Accounting, and Human Resources duties in a fast-paced environment while working closely with the Administrative and Management team members within the Branch. Candidates should be well-organized with strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist with Administrative tasks, including: Timesheet review & approval. Purchasing and ordering PPE equipment for field staff. Assist with Contract Proposal writing. Managing vehicle fleet services. Coordinate employee conferences, professional meetings, and training registrations. Assist with Accounting tasks, including: Expense report review and processing. Assist with invoice review to meet client requirements. Produce routine financial project tracking reports. Assist with Human Resource tasks, including: Assisting with onboarding activities, following up on offer letters, checking in on new-hire paperwork, and assisting with new-hire orientations. Recruiting activities, including coordinating career fairs, developing employment ads, resume reviews, and interview scheduling and coordination.

Qualifications:
