ManpowerGroup Recruiting Solutions Manager in Scott Depot, West Virginia

Manpower is looking for a driven, ambitious and energetic marketing professional who wants to oversee all recruiting efforts of a Tri-State multi-office complex to oversee content marketing, branding and social media. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

As the Recruiting Solutions Manager, you will serve as a creative and promotional guru, supporting our leadership team to execute on content, brand, social media and growth strategies. This role will report to senior management and be responsible for leading projects and assessing value of our campaigns.

What does a Recruiting Solutions Manager do?

Successful candidate must be self-motivated and exert management potential to lead a franchise team in recruiting efforts. Successful candidate will be adept in project management, event coordination and content creation. Ideal candidates will draw on education, training and relevant work experience to develop creative promotional materials and be able to measure/evaluate value.

Job Duties:

  • Develop marketing and recruiting strategies

  • Work closely with sales & recruiting teams on program development and implementation

  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency

  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular/ongoing review and adhere to brand guidelines

  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations

  • Communicate in print, social media, job boards, etc. to promote the brand

  • Likes to have fun and work with a team!

Requirements for Consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years comparable experience

  • Business, marketing, advertising, project management, journalism or communications major

  • Self-motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines

  • Strong social media experience/exposure

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Understanding of branding through print, web and written communication

  • Knowledge or willingness to become proficient in social analytics

  • Experience preferred with Adobe Creative Applications/Software, Microsoft Office, Google Applications & Analytics

Travel

  • On occasion, candidate may be asked to work at different Manpower branch locations to assist with project execution
