Role:
The Family Service Worker works under the supervision of the CEO and/or Area Manager. Although working under supervision, he or she must possess the ability to work independently. Must be capable of analytical thinking, working under pressure, coping with tight deadlines and very good problem-solving skills. You must be able to interact with clients employing professionalism and ethical standards at all times.
You must maintain a clean, working vehicle, clean driving record and current car insurance to be eligible to remain employed. Your working hours will vary Sunday- Saturday and your employment will be at-will with Family 4ward, Inc.
Job Duties:
The Family Service Worker will complete the following duties but is not limited to these duties.
Complete all training in compliance with Criminogenic Continuing Education Hours of 6 hours each year and within the first six months of employment.
Provide services as outlined by service contracts for face to face, email summaries, phone calls and texts as required for tracking, family support, supervised visitation, Day/Evening Reporting Staff as assigned by Area Manager/CEO.
Complete all reporting for billable hours, mileage, training and administrative hours for payroll within the deadlines for each service.
Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Regular Schedule:
Sunday andndash; Saturday must be available Evenings and Weekends
