Position Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (Remote)
Job Duties: Communicate deadlines and reporting activities including weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, audit coordination, annual financials and reporting packages in collaboration with parent company. Implement and execute International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting research and analysis, audits including financial statements, quarterly, interim, and year-end external, goodwill valuations and reporting packages required by the parent company. Ensure accurate, timely and relevant reporting and analysis of company consolidated results and variances against historical, budgeted and plan information to facilitate decision-making by executive management. Prepare, develop, and generate reports and processes to incorporate new business channels, strategies, operational units, and acquisitions in collaboration with IT department. Lead and implement the design of future reporting solutions in
collaboration with IT and key stakeholders including business short-term and long-term forecasting and planning; builds working relationships with key stakeholders; identify opportunities and make recommendations to streamline reporting and processes. Assists finance management in developing, preparing, and reviewing quarterly action/strategic plans and annual
corporate major objectives. Oversee staff including but not limited to training, evaluation, development, and coaching personnel(s).
Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business. 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business analytics and forecasting. 2 years of leadership experience. Experience can be gained concurrently. Understanding of information systems and their impact on financial reporting. This is a telecommuting position with a remote worksite. May telecommute/work from home from any location in the U.S.
