Are you a payroll and HR powerhouse with a knack for navigating multi-state regulations? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill our Permanent Multi-State Payroll/HR Generalist role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll operations across multiple states with finesse and accuracy.

• Stay up-to-date on state-specific payroll laws and regulations.

• Assist with HR functions including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation.

• Serve as a trusted resource for payroll and HR-related inquiries.

  Requirements - Familiarity with HRIS system and high proficiency with spreadsheets

  • FPC or CPP favored

  • Experience processing liens, garnishments, and various withholdings

• 3+ years of payroll experience

• Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Multistate Payroll experience

• Full Cycle Payroll experience desired
