We are seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Retail Marketing role. The position is responsible for developing the strategy for and overseeing the implementation of, print, in-store, and trade show marketing in order to support the growth and development of our ten brands across a variety of sales channels.


  • Create a comprehensive marketing strategy in support of each B2B channel and brand matrix

  • Work with Brand Managers to plan seasonal marketing campaigns for each B2B channel

  • Work with the ECommerce team to coordinate web merchandising and paid digital media efforts

  • Optimize the marketing budget for each B2B channel, allocating resources to efficiently acquire new customers and grow basket spend

  • Serve as a final decision maker for the execution of marketing collateral

  • Create and oversee execution of product launches

  • Create and oversee execution of in-store marketing strategies for large customers

  • Participate in brand strategy projects

Management Responsibilities

  • Provide direct reports with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities

  • Challenge and inspire team members to achieve business results

  • Make effective staffing decisions

  • Develop and optimize Marketing Department budget in accordance with company goals


  • BA in Marketing or Business Administration

  • Sound understanding of the principles of marketing and brand management in a consumer packaged goods environment

  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of people in B2B marketing and brand management

  • Strong written and visual creative marketing skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strategic thinker
