In this role you will act as the key business contact for all cross functional partner teams from project intake through to delivery and are ultimately responsible for keeping projects on track in scope and timely delivery. You will actively collaborate with senior leaders and cross functional creative teams, facilitating sign off for creative projects.

Key job responsibilities

• Project Management: Independently manages SPB Brand Flips and HVE (Seasonal events) content production and planning end-to-end to a high standard. Identifies risks to key deliverables early and re-prioritizes accordingly. If required, also identifies additional support needed from other operations partners and provides model for sharing the workload between members.

• AI Integration: Is responsible for working with stakeholders on developing process for AI generated creatives. Here, develops process, defines key touch points of Creative Director, gains alignment from all involved stakeholders and manages processes end-to-end including tracking.

• Budget Management: Manages the CD&O fixed cost budget independently and end-to end, including managing finance partners’ needs on budget tracking. As part of this, this role will also play an active part in identifying further opportunity to lower cost structures through analysis of shoot planning and consolidation.

• Process Optimization & Offshoring: This role will be responsible for offshoring manual tasks and identify where AI and automation can take over manual areas of DPM work.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to estimate the size of a project, prioritize and is able to put the right people in the room, exhibits a high degree of self-driven organization, with the ability to provide and maintain structure for competing, fast moving priorities. The candidate will be an effective, concise and clear communicator (verbal and written), with proven track record of effective meeting management and earning trust.

Basic Qualifications

Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions

Experience escalating issues, anticipating and making trade-offs, balance the business need versus other constraints and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences

Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management

Proven track record of earning trust with peers, partners and senior leaders.

Experience in program/project management, preferably in a creative team.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile to waterfall)

Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements

Experience managing UX programs and working with Design and Research

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $159,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
