Nordstrom Facilities Services Program Manager in Seattle, Washington

Job Description

As a Facilities Services Program Manager, you’ll manage multiple soft services programs across retail, supply chain and corporate buildings and ensure all assigned program deliverables are being met or exceeded. You will provide technical expertise in the creation and management of program protocols for both JWN and supplier programs. For contracted services, you will partner with key business stakeholders and Strategic Sourcing to source and manage various suppliers through strong contracts and business reviews. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance and value from suppliers by ensuring that all contractual obligations such as service levels, invoicing accuracy and quality of services are being met according to the contract. You will track key metrics and KPI’s of suppliers as well as work closely with Nordstrom field management to solicit feedback on supplier performance. You will handle performance escalations with suppliers and ensure all aspects of contract requirements are being maintained. You’ll work closely with Strategic Sourcing to validate new suppliers and assist in the vetting process and contract architecture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage multiple programs that span all JWN business units

  • Provide technical expertise to the creation and auditing of all program processes/protocols

  • Develop strong relationships with key business partners to understand business needs and translate into program improvements

  • Develop supplier and services strategies and engage with Sourcing for support

  • Own supplier onboarding processes, ensure suppliers are familiar with JWN processes and systems

  • Develop strong relationships with key suppliers and develop strong network within the industry

  • Facilitate resolutions of supplier issue escalations

  • Determine root cause analysis of supplier service or product failures

  • Ensure suppliers are compliant with existing contracts and field managers understand contract terms and conditions.

  • Collect data, survey results from cross functional team and report to key leaders

  • Measure and track supplier performance through the development of a supplier management program

  • Develop effective KPI’s for all suppliers and continually revise existing KPI’s.

  • Meet with suppliers regularly to review performance to provide feedback from the business

  • Understand the needs of the business to ensure facilities provides the appropriate levels of service

  • Partnered with Strategic Sourcing to develop strategies around suppliers and services that align with changing business requirements.

  • Collaborate with Performance Manager to deliver dashboards and reports that provide insights to business to all levels of leadership.

  • Collaborate with other business units for learning, best practice sharing, innovation and standardization opportunities

  • Ability to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities through innovation and value engineering

  • Assist sourcing team with bid preparation, data collection and analysis, market research and strategy development

  • Deliver program improvements to existing processes and identify opportunities for further improvement

  • Collaborate with Continuous Improvement manager on new or updated to processes

  • Ability to perform Data Analysis is required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred

  • 5+ years’ experience in supplier management including contract administration

  • 5+ years in facilities management

  • Experience in program management

  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver original program documentation including, SOP’s, Contract Terms, SLA and MSA’s.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $92,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
