The Enterprise Planning team is dynamic and highly visible. We're looking for a Finance Manager to drive process improvements and FP&A transformation across the Financial Operations organization while supporting key senior management team and Board of Directors deliverables.

Your impact – You will provide analytical support to critical functions across the finance organization, including, CFO, VP Financial Operations, Controller, Investor Relations, Economic Research, Treasury, and Business Segments. In this role, your essential functions will be to:

  • Own the forecasting and annual planning cycle by communicating timelines, targets and deliverables to key stakeholders while finding opportunities to reduce cycle time and increase forecast accuracy
  • Lead the development of the monthly consolidated forecast package and analyzing variances between forecasts and actual results; you will provide narrative insights that help our leaders make better decisions
  • Design technology and tools to develop reports and processes aimed at efficiently gathering data for corporate function leaders and budget owners
  • Assess, develop and deliver high priority analytics use cases, in partnership with business and finance leaders, including establishing and supporting strategic priorities and designing operational processes.
  • Define data needs and sources, structure large data sets to find usable information, create and maintain graphs, infographics and visualization tools
  • Cross-train across Enterprise Planning & Treasury responsibilities to provide flexibility and support for consolidated FP&A, cash management, financing activities, macro and industry analysis and overall financial strategy

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance, or a combination of forestry-related degree MBA
  • 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related business experience, or a combination of experience and graduate degree
  • A proven track record of leading teams through change by building relationships and influence across the organization and optimizing for Enterprise value.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • You are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP Analytics Cloud and visualization software (e.g. PowerBI)
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are proficient with collaboration tools and shared documents (e.g. SharePoint, Teams)
  • Experience with financial planning, general ledger and reporting applications and systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion/EPM) preferred but not required
  • You are both a team player and individual contributor, willing to do even the most basic task if it helps the team get the job done
  • You take pride in getting the details right and can produce high-quality work for senior leaders on tight deadlines
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • You proactively look for ways to improve accuracy and drive efficiency and support others without being asked
  • You can reliably plan and execute well-defined processes and projects with supervision
  • You can demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage your time

Our investment in you:

A flexible work policy that allows you to work remotely up to two days per week.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $111,457 - $156,464 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 15% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

We offer a pre-tax Health Savings Account option which includes a company contribution. Other benefit options are also available such as voluntary Long-Term Care and Employee Assistance Programs.

Retirement: Employees may enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with three weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, as well as paid paternal leave for all full-time employees.
