Pay: $23.87- $25.00 /Hour

Our supervisors are responsible for all janitorial staff assigned to their facilities to ensure daily tasks are completed to the required standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid work history, extensive commercial cleaning experience and an ability to adapt to the daily challenges of the job. Must be able to work independently with little supervision - must have experience with janitorial machinery & procedures.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Job Summary:
- Train, develop and supervise janitorial staff
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and clients.
- Perform formal cleaning inspections.
- Enforce company and client policies and procedures.
- Retrain and provide corrective guidance to employees when required.
- Report safety and security issues.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Order supplies and maintain supplies and equipment inventory.
- Enforce OSHA and other health and safety regulations.
- Perform janitorial tasks when required.
- Submit nightly reports to management.
- Responsible for assigning, supervising, and reviewing the work of assigned janitorial staff; trains staff in work procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Janitorial Experience Required
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing crews
- Must be proficient in email and able to send nightly reports
- All offers of employment are contingent on passing a criminal background check
- Must be 18 years or older
