About The Role:
As a CBRE Portfolio Analyst, you will assist with the design of future work environments for large and high-profile clients.
This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.
What You'll Do:
Support development of complex evaluations related to specific initiatives. This includes benchmarking, market views and dynamics.
Conduct and present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to clients. Provide preliminary recommendations
Review and assemble large proposals' intervention including pre-sales and sales actions.
Develop sophisticated strategic framework with management.
Assist with collecting clients' needs and programming future spaces.
Study complex quantitative and qualitative data from research.
Coordinate with design teams on the space design phase.
Coordinate data collection of various aspects of a working environment. Work with project teams to present results. Translate information into a significant concept to align with organizations' needs.
Understand spatial requirements and development of space budget. Fully understand building codes and occupational standards.
Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and tackle routine problems.
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Portfolio Analyst position is $90,000 and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
