Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Foreman Position type: Full-time Contract to Hire Duration: 3 months contract to hire Location: Kent, WA Pay Range: $22/hr - $25/hr As a Foreman you will: Job Responsibilities: * Install various office furniture products, following blueprints and floor plans. * Supervise and manage a field crew of up to 40 during installations and moves. * Ensure proper utilization of equipment, tools, and labor. * Support staging, de-trashing, final clean-ups, and other related tasks. * Demonstrate leadership by working independently or managing a crew. * Enforce company policies and procedures during projects. * Report installation issues to Project Manager and Installation Manager. * Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with specifications. * Train and assist inexperienced installers. * Complete required paperwork accurately and on time. * Communicate effectively with team members and customers. * Contribute to project walkthroughs and labor planning. * Operate company vehicles safely and maintain cleanliness. * Comply with safety instructions and procedures. Qualifications: * Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure. * Proficiency in using hand and/or power tools. * Knowledge of office furniture systems. * Strong communication skills with customers and team members. * Demonstrated leadership abilities. * Capacity to follow directions, both written and verbal. Additional Must Haves: * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules. * Physical ability to lift and move items of varying weights. * Compliance with background check and drug screening requirements. * Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Willingness to comply with vaccination requirements. * High School diploma or GED required * Industry Experience required Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
