Responsibilities: $10,000 sign-on bonus for all new hire Respiratory Therapists with 2+ years experience in pediatrics! Provide respiratory care to all patients in the Infant ICU, Pediatric ICU, ED, Medical, Surgical, Hem/Onc and Rehab units Requirements: Required Education/Experience: Associate's degree in Respiratory Care from an AMA approved school of Respiratory Care. Required Credentials: Registered Respiratory Therapist with the National Board of Respiratory Care. Current Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner license. BLS for Healthcare Providers or current PALS certification. (PALS certification required within 6 months of hire). Preferred: One (1) year current critical care experience-adult, pediatric or neonatal. PALS, NRP, and/or Neonatal/Pediatric Specialty credential from the NBRC. Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care or other health related field. #LI-NB1 Min to Max Hourly Salary: $36.34 - $58.81 /hr Min to Max Annual Salary: $75,587.20 - $122,324.80 /yr Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
