Lululemon USA Inc. Senior Business Analyst in Seattle, Washington

Senior Business Analyst, lululemon USA Inc., Seattle, WA. Capture high level business requirements and translate them into detailed business requirements and actionable functional specifications. Facilitate backlog refinement and prioritization in consultation with the Product Manager. Align with Program, Product and business stakeholders on dependencies, delivery, and scope. Create Epics and user stories in JIRA and documents in Confluence. Partner with Quality Assurance and Development members to validate new features & enhancements, issue tracking and assists in deployment. Prepare and deliver user training and documentation for relevant processes, systems, and projects. Manage assigned projects or project deliverables including requirements, process maps, functional and configuration specifications, training material, issue logs, production support tickets and other deliverables as required. Work with application developers through the development and configuration cycles to ensure systems and modification meet business needs. Be thoroughly involved in the QA and validating acceptance criteria process, which includes validating datasets, validating acceptance criteria, and writing bugs if needed. Seek and receive feedback from users and implementation partners, evaluate needs and respond accordingly.

 

Telecommuting permitted 100% - employee may live anywhere in the U.S.

 

40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in information technology.

 

Must have 5 years of experience with business systems analysis, including translating business requirements into technology solutions, making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints, and creating technology roadmaps that are aligned with business partners.

 

Must have 5 years of experience working in different areas of the SDLC lifecycle, executing on tasks such as, requirements grooming, issue triage, operational & production support.

 

Must have 5 years of experience writing user stories and leading and contributing to agile ceremonies such as grooming sessions, retrospectives, and sprint planning.

 

Must have 5 years of experience working with business intelligence or data projects, including data integrations and acquisitions.

 

Must have 2 years of experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Kafka, Data Bricks & Azure/ADF.

 

Must have 2 years of experience communicating technical and project management concepts to non-technical audiences, in business-oriented terms.

 

Must have 1 year of experience in the retail industry or with contact centers, working with big data.

The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $156,856.00 -- $176,856.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
