Join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Enterprise Applications, Migration & Modernization team as WW GTM Leader for Infrastructure Migration & Modernization. In this role, you will support customers on their journey to the cloud. Migrating, optimizing and modernizing workloads to AWS is a top priority for customers to improve agility, while reducing cost and complexity.
Key job responsibilities
Working closely with migration service teams, business development teams, the AWS field teams, partners, AWS professional services and many others to build, operate and scale Go To Market initiatives focused on infrastructure migration. Technology focus includes VMware workloads migrating to the cloud, Windows, Linux, block storage and object storage associated with these workloads.

The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), which is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. We work backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. Basic Qualifications
10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience
