Position Overview: Stanley is looking for a Senior Product Data Manager to lead and execute product data governance and master data projects! You will be responsible for integrating with central knowledge teams and acting as a subject matter expert. You will partner with business leaders to ensure data consistency, accuracy, availability, and accessibility. You enjoy leading, but also being a critical contributor to the common vision and communication, including elevating the organization's dedication to clean, reliable and accurate product data. You will work closely within a growing Brand team that are all passionate about delivering consumer-driven excellence that advise and align with Stanley's integrity, performance, and innovation promise. This position is a hybrid role based in our Seattle, WA offices. Responsibilities: Establish thought leadership and vision to understand system design gaps and develop transition plans for data projects. Continuously improve product data integrity with a focus on definitions, hierarchies, and standards. Refine product data/item set-up processes. Partner with the newly established data governance community as the product data SME to support and extend data governance and data hygiene best practices including data change management. Validate that System configurations are accurate and provide required business solutions. Work with business and IT SMEs to understand and detail out product data flows and processes. Integrate with product development and business teams to understand new product types and business requirements and their corresponding impact on product data. Lead cross-functionally with a vision of accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in a rapidly evolving, high growth brand environment. Collaborate with internal business groups that helps develop software in support of projects, enhancements, and production support activities. Contributes to the development and implementation of solutions that provide new business capabilities and/or creates process efficiencies for simple to moderately sophisticated requests and projects. Ensure accuracy, consistency and effectiveness of processes in the system they support Lead and educate cross-functional teams in transition/promotion of new or changed configurations using change management processes. Advise and assist with data quality assurance processes. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data Management, Accounting, Computer Science A minimum of 8+ years' experience within Product Data Management Experience leading a functional team of direct reports preferred A CDMP certification or work experience demonstrating equivalent competency Solid understanding of System functionalities and standard methodology business processes Experience in a CPG or manufacturing company demonstrating increasing responsibility and direct influence on data integrity Experience with MDM tools and process Proficient with Microsoft O365 Experience with Smartsheet Excellent interpersonal and organization skills Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to speak and write about technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to manage ambiguity and clarify for self and others Pluses Experience with Centric PLM or other Product Lifecycle Management platforms Experience working within Product Creation and/or consumer goods teams Salary Range: $135,000-$155,000 About Stanley The base pay ran
