Job Description: Client Devices Central Engineering Services SW team owns and manages a portfolio of full stack native AWS services that support key business use cases focused on enterprise resource planning, prototype management, engineering asset management and NPI product delivery for the Amazon devices ecosystem. Device tracker service enables end to end lifecycle tracking, policy and risk compliance, notification workflow for prototype devices. The Role: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable distributed services with high level of operational excellence. You will design and code, troubleshoot and support. You will follow the best practices to help build a distribution, logistics and business analytics solution. Basic Qualification: * 3+ year of non-internship professional software development experience and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability * Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science or similar technical field. * Knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented design and data structures. * Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java or Python. * Work in an Agile/Scrum team environment to deliver high quality software against tight schedules.
