As the Sr. Audio Visual Systems Administrator at Blue Origin, this individual occupies a pivotal role in supervising and advancing the company's AV infrastructure, with an emphasis on thoughtful planning for conference rooms, event production, digital signage, and facility improvements. Tasked with the leadership of high-profile internal and external events, including launch broadcasts and press conferences, the role necessitates a sophisticated coordination with architects, vendors, and internal teams to conceive and actualize AV systems for various facilities. Beyond mere oversight, this position entails the strategic administration of the videoconferencing network and the broader AV suite, ensuring flawless technological integration and alignment with client objectives. In addition this team member will produce internal and external event productions, lead device firmware and hardware lifecycles, handle and manage facilities Move Add/Change/Requests, and coordinate audiovisual technology using Teams Admin Center, Zoom Admin, Logitech sync and other tools. They will need to be experts in audio-visual equipment installation, read/Develop engineering schematics and communicate design intent, run Audio Visual inventory and warehousing across all sites as well as facility build out project budget and schedules. Additional Responsibilities Include: Responding to ticket raised from the Service Desk and IT Support Team for all audiovisual-related issues including, conference rooms, events, and digital signage. R&D of new audiovisual technology for existing and future facilities projects Define and deploy new SOPs for Audiovisual Infrastructure Project Management of new facility build outs. Design and engineering of audiovisual environments. Provides lead-level supervision, often displays leadership skills by helping guide teammates through sophisticated problems. 20 % of the day will be spent on day to day supporting functions. 80 % of the day will be spent on projects and administrative tasks. Qualifications Required: 7+ years setting up, installing, maintaining, and coordinating A/V equipment. 6+ years of project coordination and/or project management experience 6+ years of working experience in A/V system design and development 7+ years supporting large scale, high impact event and productions. Solid understanding of BIM; in particular, AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP. Knowledge in supporting video walls and GSOC/VNOC Experience with Risk management, Change management, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and budget management. Desired: Bachelor's degree in audio-visual technology, facilities management, or related field. Certifications: Network+, CCNA, CTS, CTS-D, Dante Leve 1,2,3 Experience in a technology or construction field preferred. Any other industry-related certifications are also a plus. ("Ex: Crestron, BIAMP, CQT, Extron, QSC, Shure etc.) Knowledge of networking, firewalls, proxy, NDI, NVX, HLS, RTMP, PTP Additional Information Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
