About the Role

 

Workday's Marketing Advisory team is seeking a Senior Analytics Advisor to support our Global Events and Executive Experiences. Marketing Advisory at Workday is responsible for designing, implementing, and tracking our key performance indicators for Marketing in line with our corporate goals. This individual will partner with leadership in Global Events and Executive Experience to develop strategies to maximize pipeline impact. This individual will need to recommend approaches for optimizing attendees at our events, improving our pre and post event follow up models, and aligning with company priorities, along with designing frameworks to make recommendations for future events. This is a highly cross functional role that will require the advisor to collaborate across Marketing, CSD, Field Sales, and Revenue Operations to align priorities and execution timelines. The ideal candidate has business consultation experience, thinks strategically, and has the proven ability to lead from plan ideation through execution and analysis.

 

About You

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in B2B sales/marketing analytics and/or strategy, business operations, or program management.

Other Qualifications:

Understanding of B2B marketing metrics, and B2B sales go-to-market models

Understanding of how to align demand plans across the buyer's journey

Proven ability to influence at all levels and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong ability to use data to generate insights and recommendations, analyze issues, propose creative solutions, and improve processes

Ability to work independently, take initiative and be proactive in ambiguous situations.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to easily and intuitively adapt content to various types of audiences

Strong verbal and written communications skills; attention to detail and ability to refine communications and polish content for ideal consumption and action

Familiarity with marketing and sales automation platforms and sales content management systems

Experienced user of Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and other analytics software
