This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and business acumen, with exceptional written and oral communication skills. Sr. Product Manager- Technical role in the Catalog Integrity team is an innovative, results driven professional with solid people skills and a strong continuous improvement background to join the team. They will be tasked with building and enhancing technical product features to improve abuse detection and prevention activities. This role brings together the tools of technology, creating and driving roadmap of initiatives, efficiently prioritize initiatives based on return on investment, and Amazon’s customer-obsessed culture, to drive continuous customer experience improvement. This is a global role that will include interaction with global teams and requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively with various business teams.
Key job responsibilities
Own a product road map and deliver projects to achieve long term vision of the product.
Provide the right metrics to measure abuse, risk and providing meaningful feedback to the technology and business teams.
Review and analyze abuse related data with development of corresponding detection and enforcement treatments.
Develop vision and goals for the new launch programs and guide partner teams toward a common mission.
Guide operations business teams in their ability to develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly action plan that increase quality and seller experience.
Establish a partnership with senior business leaders to develop and lead the continuous improvement strategy across multiple global sites.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
