We’re looking for a Program Manager who is passionate about building customer trust across Digital and Device services. A successful candidate will be comfortable designing flexible processes for ambiguous and fast-paced environments. This is a global role that will include interacting with business and tech teams around the globe, requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively and understand the different needs of customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Defining Offensive Content and Privacy program strategy across Digital and Subscription services

• Working autonomously, balancing multiple priorities across projects, and ensuring successful progress towards long-term strategic goals.

• Writing effective narratives and other strategic program documentation to present ideas and drive discussion with leadership as needed.

• Works across VP organizations, influences cross-vertical defects, own global roadmap priorities and influence product team’s roadmap priorities.

About the team

The D2AS OCP Team manages the mechanisms to identify and escalate complex customer concerns around Privacy, Alexa Offensive Response, Data Compliance, and Offensive Content that may negatively impact our customers trust in Amazon’s devices, digital services, Alexa, or the Amazon brand.

With an ever-changing environment, OCP continuously reviews our processes for trust and brand concerns to ensure we learn and adapt with the trends of our customers, technology, and legal requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
