lululemon USA Inc. Technology Manager in Seattle, Washington

Technology Manager, lululemon USA INC., Seattle, WA. Responsible for overall program delivery plan across various technology programs. Oversees three or more team members and plays a leadership role within the program and project management. Creates/manages partnership with business teams and IT teams to ensure consistent alignment. Responsible for overall labor strategy for BA, ScrumMaster, Project and Program Management roles across program (Internal and External). Supports quarterly planning activities for the program area. Coordinates project/program estimates from product and project teams for key initiatives and quarterly deliverables. Advises on project and product delivery methodologies across program, in partnership with other delivery leaders across Product and Technology. Coordinates IT Steering for all work within the program area.

 

60% telecommuting permitted.

 

40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in Information Technology.

 

Of the required experience, must have 7 years of experience in Project Management or Business Analysis.

 

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience as a Program Manager, managing medium to large scale Information Technology Projects with a minimum budget of $500,000.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 2 days per week.

The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $229,986 -- $249,986 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
