Mee Sap Mak LLC dba Thaprachan Thai Cuisine Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Seattle, Washington
Thaprachan Thai Cuisine's mission is to provide high-quality Thai food to the Seattle area with premier and creative Thai cuisine dishes. Our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:
- Apply an in-depth knowledge of Thai ingredients and Thai culinary techniques to prepare and cook traditional Thai foods;
- Produce authentic Thai sauces for stir fry dishes and Thai pastes for curry dishes;
- Create contemporary plate presentations and decorative food displays;
- Check the quantity and quality of received products;
- Ensure raw and cooked food products meet the highest quality standards;
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and
- Verify stock levels and order supplies.
SALARY: $70,907 / year
