ACR OF SEDALIA, INC. HVAC Installer (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning Installer) in Sedalia, Missouri
1. 1. HVAC Installers are responsible for all aspects of HVAC installations, to include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment following manufacture specifications and company requirements. 2. The job entails installing HVAC equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Equipment includes, but not limited to furnaces, air handlers, indoor/outdoor coils, condensing units, compressors, refrigerants, and humidifiers, while working under minimum or no supervision.

``` 1. 1. The HVAC Installer reports directly to and is fully accountable to the Operations Manager. 2. Installer Helpers report to this position.
- REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS
Possession of High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Possession of valid Missouri drivers license with good record of driving.
Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the service area.
Possession of 1-3 years HVAC service experience.
Ability to pass a background check for criminality.
EPA certification is a plus.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Ability to read and understand, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment.
Ability to identify, eliminate, and/or communicate workplace hazards.
Ability to use and inspect Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for use.
