Overview and Essential Functions

Analyst’s role is to assist in planning, developing and supporting project control measures and implementation solutions in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of assigned projects and supporting project management teams and tools. The Associate Analyst Project Management Operations will be responsible for support of assigned project teams, project tracking, and compiling reports complete with root cause analysis proposing solutions to minimize project risks. This individual will apply various communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the success of assigned projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Support project teams with data compilation, tracking and reconciliation of assigned projects

  • Responsible for adherence and support analysis of process related control measures

  • Assist in reviewing and ensuring customer deliverables align with preset project standards

  • Project support and maintenance of project tracking systems as needed

  • Maintain and support all project information as needed

  • Coordination of process improvement; change management and data collection

  • Document and monitor outcome criteria and performance metrics

  • Update and administer controls for existing systems models, specifications, diagrams, and process workflows asdirected

  • Create and publish project reporting, including ad hoc reporting as required by assigned project guidelines

  • Balance and maintain progress on concurrent tasks of varying magnitude as defined by the manager

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings, events, as directed by manager

  • Assist with basic project accounting activities on assigned projects as directed by manager

  • Work in a collaborative environment; be willing and able to provide and receive technical assistance

  • All Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years Telecommunications related work experience required

  • Associate’s degree in business administration or management (preferred)

  • Google Suite, Drive, Sheets, Slides, experience required

  • Smartsheets and Visio/Lucid Charts experience (preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and associated activities

  • Practical knowledge in importing/exporting data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and charts

  • Knowledgeable in the operation, collection and analysis of data.

  • Read and understand maps such as exact ordinances, geometry and locations of all elements. (preferred)
