Job Summary

This role will provide Project and Construction Management services for a variety of clients. The working location will be CBRE HQ office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive market knowledge in commercial real estate

  • Establish business strategy and manage revenue

  • Professionality for client-facing meetings or presentation

  • Manage to establish project objectives based on understanding of the requirements and experiences

  • Lead or advise communication with the project team and relevant parties

  • Manage or advise project execution

  • Manage or advise project documentation and reporting

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, eg. Architectural Engineering or Construction Management

  • 15+ years’ experience in Project or Construction Management

  • Licensed Architect or architectural engineer/technician is preferred.

  • Experience in a real estate company doing Project Management or Construction Management or Experience at a Construction Management company or Construction Engineering company is preferred.

  • 15년 이상의 프로젝트 관리, 건설관리 경험 (부장/이사급)

  • 건축사 또는 건축기사, 건축 기술사 자격증 소지자 우대

  • 부동산 업계에서의 PM, CM 경험 우대

  • 건축사 사무소, 건설사, CM사 등에서의 PM, CM 경험 우대
