주요 책임 / Main Responsibilities:

• CHC KR 사의 품질 시스템의 구현 및 유지를 지원하여 GxP 규제 요건 및 CHC 글로벌 품질 표준의 준수를 보장합니다. / Support the implementation and maintenance of the CHC KR Affiliate Quality System, ensuring compliance with GxP regulatory requirements and CHC Global Quality Standards.

• CHC KR 사가 한국 시장에서 유통하는 모든 CHC 제품의 우수한 품질과 규정 준수를 보장합니다. / Ensure high quality and compliance of all CHC products distributed by CHC KR Affiliate in the Korean market.

• 국가 품질 부서장 및 CHC 품질 책임자(RP)의 백업 역할을 합니다. / Serve as a back-up to the Country Quality Head & Responsible Person (RP) CHC.

주요 활동 (Key Activities):

• CHC KR 사의 품질 문서 개발 및 업데이트합니다. / Develop and update CHC KR Affiliate Quality Documents.

• 글로벌 품질 문서를 선별하고, 영향을 평가하고, 실행 계획을 정의합니다. Screen Global Quality Documents, assess impact, and define action plans.

• 품질 프로세스에 대한 교육 자료를 준비하고 배포합니다. / Prepare and disseminate training materials on quality processes.)

• 내부 사업장, 외부 제조 업체 및 유통업체와 품질 계약을 관리합니다. / Manage Quality Agreements with internal sites, External Manufacturing hubs, and distributors.

• 하도급업체의 선정, 자격 평가 및 감사를 포함하여 품질 프로세스를 감독합니다. Oversee quality processes of subcontractors, including selection, qualification, and audits.

• 품질 이벤트, 일탈 및 관련 실행 계획(CAPA)을 관리합니다. Manage quality events, deviations, and associated action plans (CAPAs).

• GxP 또는 보건 규제 프로세스에 영향을 미치는 변경을 지원합니다. / Support changes impacting GxP or health-regulated processes.

• 연간 국가 품질 검토에 대한 의견을 제공합니다. / Provide input for the annual Country Quality Review.

• GxP 품질 시스템 감사의 준비, 수행 및 후속 조치를 지원합니다. / Assist in preparing, conducting, and following up on GxP quality system audits.

제품 관련 품질 사항 (Product-related Quality Matters):

• 제품 품질 불만 및 고객 불만 관리를 처리합니다. / Manage Product Quality Complaints and Customer Complaints.

• 품질 불만에 대해 제조 현장과 함께 조사를 진행하고 고객에 응대합니다. / Follow investigations by manufacturing sites and respond to customers.

• 경향 분석 및 신호 감지를 수행 관리합니다. / Conduct trend analysis and signal detection.

• 회수 명령을 지원합니다. / Support recall operations.

• 온도 일탈에 대해 평가를 제공합니다. / Provide assessments following temperature excursions.

책임 범위 (Scope of Responsibility):

• 국가 품질 부서장 및 CHC 품질 책임자(RP) 에게 보고합니다. / Reports to the Country Quality Head & RP CHC KR.

• CHC 글로벌 품질 정책, 표준서 및 절차에 따라 자율적으로 업무합니다. / Work autonomously in alignment with CHC Global Quality Policy, Standards, and Processes.

• CHC 품질 AMEA/CN 지역 내의 교차 업무기능의 매트릭스 조직 내에서 CHC KR 사 매트릭스의 다른 조직들과 상호작용하며 업무를 수행합니다. / Operates in a cross-functional matrix organization within CHC Quality AMEA/CN region, interacting with other functions such as CHC KR Affiliate Supply Chain.

귀하에 관한 정보 (About You):

• 한국 등록 약사 필수 / Must be a Korean Registered Pharmacist.

• 제약/헬스케어 회사에서 2년 이상의 QA 경력 또는 관련 업무 경력. / Minimum 2 years QA background or related work experience in pharma/healthcare company.

• 영어 활용 능력 우수. / Fluent in English.

• 탁월한 분석력 및 문제 해결 능력 . / Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인 관계 기술. / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 상세하고 정확성이 요구. / High attention to detail and accuracy.

• 조직 순화적이고 멀티태스킹 능력. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• GxP 규제 요건에 대한 지식. / Knowledge of GxP regulatory requirements.

• 품질 관리 시스템(QMS) 및 품질 보증 절차에 대한 경험. / Experience with quality management systems and quality assurance processes.

• Microsoft Office Suite 및 품질 관리 소프트웨어에 대한 숙련도. / Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

• 비즈니스 여행 가능. / Willingness to travel as required.
