This role will execute the supply chain operations in related Asian markets to ensure smooth transactions for supply chain and support the SC business partners to deliver related KPIs.

1) Operation & Order Management

• Be responsible for processing customer orders and providing shipping document (Item master management, PO creating, sales order & billing document)

• Handle customer return & replacement order process

• Manage sample procurement & delivery

• Scheduling / purchasing to ensure timely delivery of product

2) Inventory Management

• Coordinate and manage inventory data in distributor ERP ( act as 3PL )

• Regular reporting and tracking of inventory positions (excess and shortages

3) Planning

• Build demand forecast and review it with regional planning team.

• Maintain orders among financial target, market sales and inventory level.

• Responsible for handling Back-order and supply issues.

4) Shipment

• Coordinate logistics with international & domestic stakeholders

5) Report

• Report electronic supply tracking data to government

• Monthly sample usage report

6) Customs Affairs

• Responsible for custom affairs: importation, exportation and other custom issues if needed

7) Others

• Project support such as data collection & analysis

• Compliance with external regulations and internal policies.

• Contribution to process excellence & continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics or related field (equivalent combination of experience and / or education)

• 2-3 years plus of order processing, logistics related work experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent in Korean and English.

• High level of proficiency with MS office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Experience with SAP is high preferred

• Experience in Healthcare industry is preferred
