Job Description The FSQ (Food Safety and Quality) Site supervisor is responsible for driving Quality throughout the site and all personnel. Kraft Heinz has high global standards when it comes to Food Safety and Quality and the implementation, maintenance and improvement of these standards is key to this role. Working with cross functional collaboration with Operations, R&D, Logistics, HR and Engineering. This role will be reporting to the FSQ Site Lead, who is also part of the site leadership team which is pivotal in delivering safe, quality and nutritious food. Responsibilities: Supervise the FSQ team in a way consistent with the Kraft Heinz leadership model. Escalate any issues/ noncompliance with respect to process/ product / people which are deviations from global FSQ systems. Ensures that the site exceeds third party audits, Kraft Heinz internal governance programs and compliance to regulatory requirements. Drives performance through defined quality KPI's and embeds quality into everyday ways of working. Site cleaning & sanitation management and coordination. Manages 3rd party vendors & site cleaning team. Pest control management. Improve efficiency, productivity & quality of the FSQ division and the site. Use wider resources, experience, and new technology to achieve quality goals and become more efficient. Implement & assess risk management programs (KHMS - Kraft Heinz Management System) in the technical areas across the site and other Business Units Work as part of a greater team across Australia and New Zealand and the Global FSQ Community About you: Experienced in managing quality and continuous improvement in a diverse and complex manufacturing environment. Tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering or Technology FMCG experience Experience in thermal processing such as retorting, pasteurisation, freezing and chilling, cannery and flexible packaging combined with strong analytical, interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills.
